WEBSITE PRIVACY
Privacy & your information.
This notice describes how this website handles form submissions and website chat.
Website chat
Quick-question buttons show answers from this website without contacting an AI service. When you type and send a question, it is sent to Cloudflare for processing and may be matched to a website answer using Workers AI. Do not enter confidential case details, contact information, or other sensitive personal information.
The chat is an automated website guide, not an attorney. It does not provide legal advice, accept a case, notify the office, or schedule an appointment. Chat messages stay in the current page’s memory and are not saved by this application. Clear chat or reload the page to remove them. The server stores temporary request counters, including a daily hash derived from your IP address, to limit repeated requests. Expired counters are removed on subsequent chat requests. Cloudflare processes requests under its own data practices. Cloudflare Workers AI data usage.
Information you enter in the intake form
Contact and consultation forms keep your entries on the page until you choose to send them. When online sending is available, your submitted details are processed by Cloudflare and the configured email delivery service and sent to eservice@ackleylegal.net. The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Do not submit sensitive documents or identification numbers. A submission does not book an appointment or establish an attorney-client relationship. If sending is unavailable or fails, the page tells you and retains your entries for retry.
The website stores temporary rate counters and submission receipts to prevent spam and duplicate sends. These records contain keyed hashes and delivery status, not the form contents or raw IP address. Counters expire within one day and receipts within seven days; expired records are removed on later requests. Email copies are held by the firm and its email provider. Use “Clear my details” on the review step to remove the entries from the page; this does not delete an email already submitted. Your browser may offer its own autofill or restore features; those are controlled by your browser.
Downloads
If you choose to download your summary, a text file is saved through your browser. It contains the information you entered. Protect this file as you would other personal documents.
External links
Phone, directions, professional directory, and source links may open another app or website. Those services have their own privacy practices and may require an internet connection. Fonts and images are hosted with the website; the security widget loads from Cloudflare.
Contacting the firm
Call (833) 352-2889 to contact the office. For time-sensitive matters, call the office directly. Submitting an inquiry does not arrange representation or create an attorney-client relationship.
